June 6, 2010The best feeling in the world is waking up to go see cuddly adorable kids! Whether they be sweet little babies or fun toddlers or older ones with all the attitude. I get to do that on a regular basis & I think I laugh EVERY day. When I first met up with Renee and her SWEET little ones I knew within seconds I was going to LOVE their session. First off. . come on what is NOT to love about sweet little baby girls?! and secondly hello, a little boy right about my own son’s age with all the curiosity to boot

May 16, 2010Have I ever mentioned how much I LOVE babies! Well this sweet sleepy little guy is no different! From the moment he got here all he did was sleep and be adorable and if that wasn’t enough you add two more absolutely ADORABLE kids and you have a freckin CUTE kids!

I had a wonderful time meeting up with way too adorable family and doing some family portraits. Not only is this family beyond sweet I absolutely LOVE the East Highlands Ranch’s Lake. I mean geeze! look at this scenery!!! It makes me wish I could live in the Ranch just so I could use the lake on a regular basis for sessions! In fact I love it so much that from now until June I want to offer those who live in & have access to the lake $60 off (regular price) if they want to do sessions there. What a fun session indeed. This absolutely handsome little guy is just one month shy of turning the infamous ONE. This is such a huge deal and completely bittersweet for most parents. You go from having a sweet little baby to having a toddler. You no longer age them by months now it is years & half years. Your sweet little one is growing up and learning how to do new things every day. I had an awesome time meeting, laughing and of course taking pictures of this family Here is the official sneak peek

Poor mommy was stressing for this one. I can totally relate I remember when my first born was a baby I was deathly afraid for my husband to do anything like this. . . Now 3 kids later I am constantly throwin the baby in the air and making her laugh. Oh how things change :p
An hour later this little guy was DONE. Look at that sleepy face <3

February 28, 2010I got to meet up with a fellow cloth diaperer! What an awesome family! I met Kimberly one other time and she is just one of the nicest people plus her son is SOOOO freakin cute! Reminds me of my son with those big blue eyes!

Indiana rocks my socks ~ Peru, IN ~ Family Photographer
February 18, 2010Wow what can I say about Indiana. It is awesome. I got to go on my very first plane ride(s) this past weekend. I was super nervous so decided to stop off at the bar/grill and have a mudslide to ease my nerves 
Once at the airport there was some kind of mistake that had been made and the plane was overbooked and I didn’t have a seat! They ended up paying some guy to get off the plane so I could catch my next flight!!! It was awesome though & on the ride home the plane literally chased the sunset! With my awesome window seat I was able to enjoy an almost 3 hour sunset! OF COURSE I had to take some pics!!! Seriously can you say BREATHTAKING! 
It was SOOOO freakin awesome to be able to see my BFF! She’s been gone almost 2 years and I’ve missed her and the kids! It was such an awesome weekend and was so hard to leave. Now the mission is on to try to talk the hubby into moving there hehehe. . . come on sounds like a good idea to me, at least we’d have Jenn & Tim for a support system 
I LOVE this picture. This was SO Tiny the entire trip hahaha. He is quite the sensitive little guy lately. Anytime you would tell him no this is the face he would get hahaha and Dylan is so stinking cute! I miss them both already!
